Each year staff plan excursions that provide learning opportunities that are specialised in nature and that support syllabus units of work. Such excursions provide learning opportunities not available within the school environment. Staff attending excursions hold current first aid certification, including CPR, and first aid kits and student medications accompany all groups on excursions.
Parents will receive written communication about all excursions outlining:
The costs of all excursions are included in the annual school fee accounts. The only exception to these are specific sports activities, including gala days and representative sports, and unforeseen excursions/opportunities e.g special events.
